Charles Salvador, aka Charles Bronson (not to be confused with the actor), has been dubbed the most violent prisoner in British history. He robbed a post office in the ’70s but his most violent and notorious crime streak took place once he was already behind bars.
He’s now in his sixties, and during his time locked up, Charlie has:
- Attacked over 20 guards,
- Attacked dozens of fellow inmates,
- Taken 11 hostages,
- Caused hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage…
In the late ’80s he was released from prison for a day short of 70 and he managed to wreak havoc in that short amount of time…
He robbed a jewelry store, fought and killed a Rottweiler, and had a short-lived career as a bareknuckle boxer. Until now, his boxing career has been widely speculated about but unseen, save for the few people who were in the crowd.
We have a rare video that offers a glimpse into the fighting style of a madman. You wouldn’t expect him to use a lot of technique, and you would be right. He treated his boxing fights the same as his prison fights; relying on pure strength, pure rage, and pure violence.
