We’ve posted the video of this fight before, but not with a skillful breakdown by Firas Zahabi, the coach of GSP and Rory MacDonald up at TriStar Gym in Canada. Is boxing effective in a street fight? When your idiot attackers come at you with their hands at their sides, it sure is. Hopefully Firas keeps putting out these videos because it shows how important technique is, even if you’re brawling with goofs behind the club. A little training in the basics can make anyone without training look like a total rookie, which is more than enough to defend yourself from the vast majority of the population.
