Former Heavyweight Champ Tosses Joe Rogan Into The Wall Backstage

MMA

Joe Rogan is a big dude, but not compared to Mark Coleman, the former UFC Heavyweight Champ. Coleman and Rogan were chilling backstage after UFC, and were fooling around, they started grappling a bit, and Joe Rogan remarked about how strong Coleman is. There aren’t many things on earth stronger than an older wrestler.

Coleman made his ufc debut at UFC 10, where he won the tournament, and his final UFC fight was at UFC 109, where he ended his career in 2010. He also won the UFC 11 tourney, then went on to claim the HW belt. He’s one of those old school legendary guys, and if you haven’t seen his fights, it’s time to fire up Fightpass and give yourself a history lesson.

The First UFC HW Champion

Sometimes, old habits die hard. Fighting is in this man’s blood, that’s not something you can just turn off anytime you want.

Joe and Mark were just playing around, but it got a bit intense for a moment or two there. It never really looked like Joe was all that interested in wrestlin’ with Coleman, and gave him props about how strong he was, but Coleman still wanted to show Rogan who is boss. Obviously, nobody got hurt, probabally not even a bruise, but maybe a very minor bruised ego.

After Joe pulled an arm drag on Coleman and took his back, things started to escalate.
