No matter how much you’ve had to drink, there are certain things you should just never do. If you’ve been drinking you shouldn’t make any big life decisions, you shouldn’t get behind the wheel of a car, and you definitely shouldn’t try to fight a police officer. Don’t try to fight a cop sober either, for that matter. It’s not a fight you’re going to win in the long run. Take this wasted guy, for example…
He’s completely hammered and it’s clearly bringing out the aggressiveness in him. This San Diego man’s friends should have been there to get him home safely, but something tells us that safety isn’t much of a priority for this guy. Look at the next picture, you can just tell things are about to go south very quickly.
There are places where pointing at a cop like that will get you beaten down very badly, especially if you’re a minority. This guy, on the other hand, should have checked his privileged and just walked away, but he couldn’t leave well-enough alone and he had to start swinging on the police officer.
This isn’t a prank, this wasn’t staged, it’s just pure, Grade-1 dumbassery in it’s purest form. If he was somewhere else in California, say Oakland instead of San Diego, this guy would have been murked long before he had a chance to point and yell in the face of a copper. Either way, it’s a bad scene, especially since he’s outnumbered. Sucker punching one cop is a terrible idea, but doing it when there’s other officers near by is just ridiculous.
