Trash talking is an integral part of combat sports. Period. Whether that’s UFC, WWE, boxing or kickboxing. Heck, one could make the claim that it goes hand-in-hand with any individual sport.
Sometimes, though, things get taken to far. Other times, they get taken a few steps too far. Then there are these five times.
Here are five of the absolute worst trash-talking moments in MMA history. Times where things went from banter to bitter. Times where it was uncomfortable to see or hear. Times that, frankly, the UFC and Bellator would like us to forget about.
